In no case shall Tempo AI’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the Services in the previous 3 months.

Tempo AI termination: We may suspend or terminate your account for rule violations, misuse, or inactivity.
Termination does not affect any obligations accrued before termination (such as payment obligations).

These Terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denmark.
